Your enquiry, explained.

Who you are contacting

Email to Domain is the service website of Edwin Waruguru. For questions about your enquiry or information you have provided, email [email protected].

Information in an enquiry

You may provide your name, email address, the service you need, a project description and optional details about your current systems. I use that information to understand your request, respond and prepare a scope or quote.

Please do not include passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information in an initial enquiry. If a project requires access, we agree an appropriate method separately.

How the contact options work

The contact form delivers your message to my inbox through Web3Forms, a form processing service, over an encrypted connection. The WhatsApp option prepares a message with your details which you review and send yourself in WhatsApp. If the form is ever unavailable, it offers those review-and-send options instead. The copy option places the prepared text on your clipboard.

Booking links open Cal.com. Email, WhatsApp, Cal.com and Fiverr handle the information you provide through their services under their own privacy terms.

Website technology

This website does not include advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service. The hosting provider and any third party service you open may process technical information required to operate their service, such as access logs.

Project information

For a paid engagement, the agreed scope identifies the systems involved and the access needed. Your subscriptions and billing remain on your accounts. The handover includes guidance on any project access or credentials that need attention.

Questions or corrections

If you need to correct information you sent, discuss how it is being used or request deletion, contact me using the email address above. Include enough context to identify the enquiry, without sending passwords or payment information.
